Optional: I hereby grant A1 Tattoo and its artists permission to photograph my tattoo and/or session and to use those images in portfolios, websites, social media, promotional materials, and advertising. I understand that no financial compensation will be provided.

Optional: I may revoke or decline this permission at any time prior to being photographed by informing the artist or studio staff.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of A1 Tattoo Ink’s website, booking system, forms, messaging services, and in-studio services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

A1 Tattoo Ink provides professional tattooing, consultation, and related artistic services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services unless otherwise permitted by Idaho law with verified parental/legal guardian consent. By using our services, you confirm you meet all legal requirements.

3. Appointments & Deposits

  • Deposits are required to secure bookings and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the artist.
  • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice to maintain deposit validity.
  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Pricing & Payments

All services are billed at agreed rates or hourly artist rates. Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the session.

5. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and opting in via our website or booking forms, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from A1 Tattoo Ink.

  • Use Case: Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, booking updates, and promotional offers (if marketing consent is provided).
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected].

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Media Release

By receiving services, you grant A1 Tattoo Ink permission to photograph your tattoo and/or session for use in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless you explicitly opt out with your artist prior to the session.

7. Liability & Right to Refuse

A1 Tattoo Ink is not liable for complications resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow provided aftercare instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service for any safety, health, or policy violation.
