These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of A1 Tattoo’s website, booking system, forms, and in-studio services. By booking an appointment or receiving a service, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide tattooing, piercing, consultation, and related services. All services require identity verification and completion of required consent forms.

2. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required to book or begin artwork.
• Rescheduling requires advance notice according to our policies.
• No-shows may forfeit their deposit.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on hourly rate, artist minimums, or session-based agreements. Full payment is due upon completion of each session. Prices may change without notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical information and disclosures.
• Arrive sober and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Follow all aftercare instructions.
• Confirm you meet age requirements.

5. No Refunds

Due to the permanent and artistic nature of tattooing, all services and deposits are non-refundable. Touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion.

6. Health & Safety

You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with tattooing and piercing, including infection, allergic reactions, scarring, blowouts, fading, and ink migration. The Studio is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, sketches, flash, or designs created by an artist remain their intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

8. Media Release

Clients may grant or decline permission for photographs of their tattoo or session to be used in social media, portfolios, advertising, or promotional material. See the Media Release section below.

9. Liability Waiver

By receiving any service, you waive the Studio and its artists from liability for any injury, infection, allergic reaction, or undesired outcome except in cases of proven negligence.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service for reasons including intoxication, health concerns, disrespectful behavior, or safety risks.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
